Fraud caught in Jaitpur Kalan

Divisional Sub-Inspector Urdu Rakesh Kumar and Divisional Coordinator MDM Ramesh Parashar were jointly given the responsibility of inspecting the school by AD Basic Mahesh Chandra. Both inspected the primary school located in Jaitpur Kalan at Nagla Surai. Head teacher Poonam Singh was found absent here. She had been absent since April 29. He also had the school's mid-day meal register, student attendance register. Other teachers present in the school told that a girl comes to teach in place of Poonam Singh.

The said private teacher was also present in the school. When the inspection team asked the girl, she told that Poonam Singh has kept her for five thousand rupees. She has been teaching since October last year. The team also took statements of the villagers. Villagers also talked about Poonam Singh not coming to school. AD Basic has given instructions to BSA to take action against the teacher.

Case was caught in Saiyan

Amita Gupta was posted in 2011 in Raghupura primary school of Saiyan block. The teacher had gone abroad for posting. After this the teacher's salary continued to be released in connivance. After taking salary without coming, the teacher complained. After this the teacher was suspended. This matter was much discussed. Like this, there are dozens of cases in which salaries have been released even after the complaints of the teachers coming to the school.

This is how fraud happens

In the primary schools of rural areas of the district, there are frequent complaints of teachers and teachers not going to school. But even after this, everyone's presence is recorded. Brijesh Dixit, General Secretary of the Primary Teachers Association, says that in the remote blocks Bah, Pinahat, Jaitpur Kalan, Kheragarh, Jagner the whole game is going on with the connivance of the officials. In this game there is connivance of ARP, Bill Babu and Block Education Officers. ARP has been given the responsibility of inspection of 10 schools by the department.

In such a situation, the schools which teachers do not come or are mostly absent, they tie up with them. A certain amount of money is fixed for the month. It is called MST in the language of Basic Education Department. Their attendance is recorded by taking money. There is complete wastage of funds. Teachers who do not give MST every month, then action is taken against them after complaining.
